"From the moment we enquired about the villa, the communications with Kim the owner were superb. The villa is really well equipped, especially for those with babies, with travel cot, high chair, changing mats and even a bin with toys to play with ! There are strict rules i the pool area about balls etc, which is understandable as there are residents as well as holiday makers there. Plenty of supermarkets (Aldi and Consum), and restaurants in walking distance. Unfortunately we had to cut...

"Stayed for 10 nights, lovely villa, everything you need. Nice and clean, towels, beach towels, well equipped kitchen, books, TV, a few English channels, parking out front, 10 mins walk to beach , beach chairs and umbrellas at villa for you to use, and a great pool. Lots of restaurants a 5/10 min drive, went to the market on Thursday at Cabo Roig , nice market not too big. Consuma supermarket 5 mins drive much better than the local carre four. The Chinese buffet (restaurant, The Food House ,...

"Lovely house , very quiet during week. Really good pool just outside back door . Sun traps at front in morning and rear and solarium in afternoon. Great value if 4/7 people. Long walk to beach but we were driving. Victoria bar/restaurant and La Gamba are just a 5/10 minutes walk. Great cocktails by Robert in La Gamba and lovely staff here especially the Brazillian girl. The owner was very helpful when we spoke. Will stay here again. Ray and Teresa"

"Great location, lovely outside space and well equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels were shabby and old. Beds were uncomfortable and the TV channels were all German which is fine as didn't use it. Bathrooms were lovely but the house smelt of smoke as the cleaner smoked in there before arrived. Some of the shutters didn't work and some of the locks didn't work on the windows. Loved El Raso, great location and beautiful pool area but we would not stay again. We had to pay 180 euros for crap linen...

"Fabulous house in a brilliant location. Lovely and helpful greeting from Pedro on arrival. Outside space and pool is perfect for a very relaxing holiday. Beach, restaurants, bars and supermarket all within 10 mins walk. Small supermarket, great bakery and restaurants within 3 mins walk of house. Thanks Pedro"

"Lovely house in quiet area. Walking distance to all amenities. Well maintained quiet pool. Good parking either outside house or in parking area a few yards away. Large outside area was very private and secure. Alain was very helpful and always on hand if needed. Would have no hesitation in staying here again."
