"Die Ferienwohnung macht einen sehr positiven Eindruck. Es gibt aber Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung. Für sechs Erwachsene war es ziemlich eng. Ein höherer Sonnenschutz bei Terasse und im EG (Wohnzimmer) wären dringend erforderlich. Selbst bei diesen Temperaturen Ende April war es zeitweise sehr warm in der Wohnung und die Terasse konnte am Nachmittag nicht genutzt werden. Die Sonne blendet auch beim Fernsehen im EG. In der Küche fehlen aus unserer Sicht eine Mikrowelle. Toilettenpapier war...

"Our family of 7 enjoyed our vacation over Christmas at this property. The owners were wonderfully kind to communicate with, rent from, and decorated for the holiday so my daughters would feel welcome. The space is wonderful for a large family or perhaps for 2-3 smaller groups. I would definitely rent again. I would highly recommend in the spring and summer as I’m sure the garden is amazingly beautiful—it was even enjoyable in December. Thank you again, Barkeys!"

"Das Haus war mit allen wichtigen Dingen und komplett ausgestattet. Der Garten mit der Terrasse von außen nicht einsehbar, so dass man ein kleines, privates "Reich" für sich hatte. Der Pool war dank Solarheizung selbst Ende September immer noch 23 Grad warm. Die Umgebung von Emsbüren ist ein Paradies für Radfahrer. Viele, asphaltierte, kleine Wege, auf denen kaum Autos unterwegs sind. Dazu sind alle Wege sehr gut ausgeschildert. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal wieder!"

"Our family stayed two months at this property and found the owners incredibly kind and accommodating. We do not speak German and the owners helped us by making dinner reservations and other appointments when necessary. They spent an afternoon showing us downtown Rheine so we knew where everything was located. The house was exactly like it appeared in the photos. "Slechte communicatie met eigenaar. Drama met sleutel ophalen, sauna defect, wirlpool was niet beschikbaar 1e dag. Tot 2x toe om handdoeken te vragen, er lagen 4 kleine voor 5 personen. Div lampen en wandcontactdozen defect, huisje was niet schoon. Er zat nog een oude beschimmelde koffiepad in het koffieapparaat. Tv's op de slaapkamers dezen het niet. En de weg er naartoe was een zandweg met ontzettend grote kuilen erin van zo'n 700 meter lang."
