"We had a great time getting together with family from various states; taking time out to reconnect and chat and plan over wonderful meals, walks and times near the water. The farm also offered space for solitary walks and naps, reading or flipping a lure with gatherings over meals. We all loved our stay at Crooked Corner and hold it in mind for a return visit and are very grateful for the peaceful time provided. Thank you!"

"The host was very kind and showed us how to use the generator. Some may be bothered by the noise of the generator. There was no signal (Optus) and no WiFi, so I enjoyed living completely disconnected."

They kindly allowed my older dog to tag along and it was really nice to let her roam and be able to stay somewhere with character, access to farm animals, fresh eggs (thank you Kathleen!) and beautiful views. I didn’t want for anything, would highly recommend! "

"We had a cosy and relaxed weekend at Counting Sheep. We loved the house setup, fireplace and peaceful rural setting. House is comfy with lots of country charm, and the hosts were generous and looked after us so well. We just wished we could have stayed a bit longer. "

"The property was immaculately presented exactly as it was described but more beautiful than the photos Sheena added a lovely little touch leaving us a bottle of local red wine and some chocolate. we enjoyed the peace and tranquility would highly recommend staying there and we will definitely be back for another stay."
