Disliked: Cleanliness
Not fully satisfactory
Good things first:
The bathroom was recently renovated and in decent shape. The property manager was very nice and helpful.
The apartment was however not quite what we expected. There was no living room area, except a kitchen (and the two bedrooms). The kitchen and rooms were dark and a bit dank. The terrace was surrounded by raw land without even grass, plus a piece of dirty artificial grass. The garden furniture was old ald worn-out. The terrace also face directly to a (smelly) garbage deposit area.
The apartment and terrace were not clean when we arrived and we had to start with a big cleaning operation.
Privacy: There were many apartments in the building, five or six holiday apartments on the ground floor plus two or three upstairs. We felt like living in a collective.
The property was a mixed experience. It was relatively close to a good beach, but it wasn't very nice to be in the flat.
