Beautiful, cosy country house "Sarrouil", surrounded by trees and fields. In a hamlet 3 km from the centre of Loubressac, 11 km from the centre of Saint-Céré, 11 km from the centre of Gramat, 15 km from the lake. Private: natural state property 800 m2 (fenced), orchard, swimming pool fenced (9 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Boules, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 11 km, bus stop "Puybrun" 17 km, bathing lake 15 km.
"Sarrouil", 4-room house 80 m2 on 3 levels. Rustic and cosy furnishings: small living room with satellite TV, radio, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: entrance hall. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra) with dining table, satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Top floor: open walk-through room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Interconnecting room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Hip bath/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. 2 large terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Beautiful panoramic view of the countryside. Parfait

TrÚs belle maison en pleine nature et proche des plus beaux sites de France. La piscine privée est trÚs bien entretenue et ensoleillée toute la journée.Le jardin spacieux est bien clÎturé (parfait pour nos amis à 4 pattes) la balançoire est un plus pour les enfants et le terrain de petanque. Nous avons passé d excellentes vacances s ce trÚs bel endroit. Mais surtout nous avons été accueillis par des hÎtes d une grande gentillesse et trÚs sympathiques. Merci à eux pour leur accueil si chaleureux.

Agréable maison située en pleine campagne, trÚs bien aménagée et équipée. Literie neuve. Les + de cette location : le calme, la terrasse ombragée avec une superbe vue, la piscine à 28° et des propriétaires charmants. Nombreuses possibilités de visite aux alentours.

Eine VerlÀngerung wert!

Wir (Seniorenehepaar) hatten das Haus zunĂ€chst fĂŒr eine Woche gebucht und uns bereits nach 2 Tagen fĂŒr eine zum GlĂŒck mögliche VerlĂ€ngerung entschieden. Wir haben in Corona-Zeiten die sehr gut ausgestattete KĂŒche wie den Pool, die Boulebahn und die herrlichen Blicke von der großen Außenanlage genießen können.Das Vermieterehepaar und die im Nachbarhaus lebende Mutter haben uns einen herzlichen Empfang bereitet und waren sehr gastfreundlich und sehr unaufdringlich. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in unserem Domizil. Super nette und freundliche Vermieter. Uns hat es im und um das Haus nichts gefehlt. Einzig die Entfernungen zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten galt es zu meistern.
