"My lifelong friend and I came for a girls weekend in October and this property did not disappoint!! It is an absolutely beautiful place; peaceful and quiet. There were two other groups of guests staying in the other two rentals, but they were all awesome. My only regret is that we weren't able to stay longer. "This tiny house was great for some alone time with your partner. The only downsides were, there was a coffee pot you could make coffee on the stove, but no coffee maker. Your are set out in the country some, so some insects are to be expected, but they mostly stayed on the first floor, there was a decent amount of ants in the kitchen (windows were rustic, so they were coming in there) we just kept any food in the fridge. The handle on the tub is broken off, and we found it weird that already...

"Our family of 5 (two adults and three kids ages 7, 7 and 3.5) really enjoyed our 4-night stay at Eagle's Nest Cottage on Lake Anna. This was our first time visiting Lake Anna. I specifically chose this rental for the amazing view, the ability to swim on the property, the kayaks and paddle boat, the queen sized bunk beds and the fact it was fully renovated. "We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views from the spacious deck. Kids and adults enjoyed the hot tub. S’mores by the firepit was fun for all. Location to restaurant, arcade, boat rental, ice cream shop, and mini golf was a plus. The kids enjoyed the water. The host was very quick to respond to our needs. Our family reunion was a huge success."

"Very nice"

"We enjoyed our very short stay at the Milk House Cottage. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have two full baths. It was quiet and at night, the sky was so dark, the stars were in clear view. The added bonus was the sun porch with the horses just steps away. We would love to return to this little cottage in the future."

It’s an older home, but had all the modern amenities that we needed and we’re very pleased with all the comforts that were provided. They thought of everything. "Pros: Serene location, picturesque pond in backyard, great vibes and friendly staff. We were here for a wedding and had a wonderful time. Cons: Older farm dog off leash on property-roams around and bit our friend’s dog, causing him to bleed, Pond house cute but could be cleaner-quite dusty. "

"Was a little bumpy getting into the rental but wires got crossed so no one’s fault. The owner was very nice and a big help getting me in! The back yard is huge and the short hiking trail was great. My dog also became friends with a frog that showed up in the front yard everyday. Ha "
