"This is a classic cabin in a great location. It has beautiful views of the lake from multiple rooms and decks. The proximity to the boardwalk is convenient, though it comes with the lights and noise of a busy parking lot on Saturday nights. We enjoyed "people-watching" from the porch and firepit. The cabin is a great layout for families with kids. The mattresses are comfortable, though some of the beds are very creaky! "Our son and his wife joined us. We had a great time and especially enjoyed kayaking. We also went to restaurants around the lake and in Louisa. We highly recommend Obrigado in Louisa. The cottage was the perfect place to relax and bird watch!"

"The house exceeded our expectations! It was extremely clean and comfortable. The area felt private, and was calm and quiet (compared to many other parts of the lake). The house was also very well stocked, with all of the kitchen essentials we needed, plus bonuses like an air fryer and other gadgets. Would definitely stay here again. "The house was very cute & super clean. Loved having the fenced yard for my doggies. Wifi was not great & the front screen door sticks a little, so dogs can push through easily. I think it would be a great idea to have a guest signature book. I was going to get one & also leave pictures of my dogs....the great Dane pictures were too cute"
