"The property was in a convenient location for our stay. We went to the Louisville Mega Caverns, the Ohio River Falls, the Kentucky Derby Museum, Derby Downs Casino. We had 6 adults and the place was roomy for us all"

"I was in town for a wedding and the location was excellent. I was 15 minutes from the venue and close to other places we visited. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen, dining room and living room upstairs was a nice open space to eat and hang out with each other. The games in the basement and extra living room provided lots of distraction for a 3-year old. Because of the snow, we did not get a chance to enjoy the backyard, but it is a nice and roomy...

"If you love historic districts in cities, this apartment is for you. It is well-appointed and conveniently located to many Louisville attractions. It is especially great if you want to be near the University of Louisville or the downtown distilleries. For us it was a great location to visit relatives off Bardstown Road and in Southern Indiana. "

"I am not able to fully rate the property, since we were unable to stay here due to the significant snowfall in Louisville. Despite that, I did want to pass along praise for the host, James! He was a great communicator throughout and incredibly helpful in every way! 5 stars for James and I hope to return and stay at this property and explore Louisville (without snow!!) in the future!"

"We had an amazing time at this property. We were in town for a basketball tournament and had all our family ranging from 65 to 7 years old. Everyone had a great time. Just a short drive to Louisville. Made all our meals at the house and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool house was amazing. Lots of extra room to play games and sleep."
