The best suite in Downtown Louisville! Main Street! Right Next-door to the KY Center for the arts, in the middle of museums, and walking distance to the YUM center and convention center, this location can't be beat. Near all downtown restaurants and across the street from the best Hamburger(mussel & burger bar) and steak(Morton's steak house) restaurants. Perfect location for any family or business getaway. This 5 bed 3 bath has it all. Brand new Suite!

Cozy/living room and kitchen combination for enjoying time together. Great nooks all around for reading or getting away. Perfect coffee/tea bar set up for relaxation. This unit is perfect for any get away.

The vibe on downtown Main Street is great! During the week a lot of business men/women and some families. During the weekend, a lot of families visit the slugger museum and science center just one block west. We are a few blocks from fourth street live. 1/2 block from KY center for the arts(symphonic/broadway shows), 3 blocks from the YUM center and about 5 From the convention center, this place is alive! We installed reinforced windows so that you can enjoy the city without having to hear the city at all hours of the day. Very quiet and peaceful inside the building.

There is the TARC bus system that can get you from place to place and we use Uber and other taxi like services to get around as well. There are parking garages right next to us(at least 3 within 1 block) so you can drop your luggage off and park with ease. Upon booking, we'll send you tips for parking. There is a lot of foot traffic as people walk through old main street and whisky row, so join on in and see what Louisville has to offer. PM us for suggestions!

Great location Downtown Louisville
This is a great property. Clean, close to lots of downtown Louisville entertainment. The management personnel were great. We had to extend our stay and they helped facilitate all of our needs. Would definitely stay here again if needed. 5/5. Good stuff for sure.

Great property in great area
We had a girls' Bourbon trail trip and chose this property because it had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us all, at a fair price. We had no issues at all getting in with the codes provided, and the place was so cute. The pictures are spot on. Plus, you are right in the middle of downtown Lexington with easy walking distance to great restaurants. (I recommend Vincenzo's!). I will say that noise reverberates a lot in the house, so for example, anyone walking on the second floor sounds like they're stomping. That didn't bother us much because we are all quiet and are early birds. Other than that, I highly recommend this property.

The property was just like the pictures. Clean and up to date. It was a great location and within walking distance to many places including the YUM Center, Bourbon Trail distilleries and bars, and numerous restaurants.

Overall my family loved the property. There a few things we would have preferred such as TVs in every bedroom and larger beds with better mattresses (ours wasn't great) but again OVERALL, the place was great and we enjoyed our stay and the proximity to activities.

Retirement Bourbon Tour
10 of us from all over the country came it on Louisville to celebrate the retirement of our buddy. This location was prefect, lots of restaurants and night life, after we finished tour distilleries for 3 days. Very nice place with lots of room to spread out. Would stay here again.

Home Base for the Bourbon Trail
We came to have a home base for our bourbon trail trip recently. The location is central to what is available on Whiskey Row as well as quick access to the interstate to explore other areas. Walking distance to many interesting attractions, bars, and restaurants. Also walking distance to the Omni hotel and our Mint Julep tour meeting point. Clear and regular communication from the property management team with expectations before arriving, a property information website, and door access text the morning of. The property was clean, modern, and everything worked as expected. Plenty of room for a family gathering or one with several friends. Would definitely consider booking again if travels bring me back to downtown Louisville anytime soon.

Stayed here because we had a large party and wanted to be in a prime location. Cannot beat this location, close to distilleries, museums, food and more! Great for a large group to stay downtown. Worked perfect for us. Has a couple oddities like no closets, no dressers, no shower alcoves. Could have used a more thorough cleaning but no deal breakers. No other properties can touch this location which made it perfect for us.

Fantastic Stay
We stayed here for our Bourbon Trail trip. Great location, able to walk everywhere. Parking was easy. The house is great, had everything we needed. We stocked up on breakfast foods and even did a little cooking. Plenty of space. With that said, with 7 adult men, the sleeping arrangements were very tight (not a complaint, just something to think about). Did have some very noisy neighbors at 2am. But all in all, this is a fantastic place to stay, highly recommended and would stay again.

Great location
The house is in a perfect location for getting around downtown and traveling to nearby neighborhoods. It looks to be new and well designed. The only issues were that the shower tile on the floor did not drain correctly due to install, so you were standing in water. There also were no shower mats. Otherwise, we had a great time!

Perfect location!
This house is clean, modern and in the most ideal location, walkable to so much! We had 5 kids 8 and under and this house is just minutes from the Slugger Museum and Science Center (as well as many restaurants and distilleries). While common space is a bit lacking due to the layout, the owners have used made great use of the space and our two families were very comfortable. Highly recommend!
