We are so excited to host you at our newly remodeled Downtown New Albany Airbnb! This home has all the charm of a rustic cottage perfectly nestled right off Mansion Row in the historic Downtown section. Within ~10 min walk (~5min drive) to the main hub filled with many delicious restaurants and boutiques. ~10 minute drive to Louisville, KY, ~15 min to Soccer, Baseball, & Yum Stadium.

We provide 1 Queen Air mattress for additional guest up-to 5 persons total. If more are necessary this can be discussed per request.

There is a beautiful fenced in backyard with firepit, gas grill, seating, and lighting for ambience that is only for this Townhouse (2 units total)

*There is free street parking all down the roadway.

Other things to note
* This adorable home has a nice sized main room with a Q mattress and a quaint cozy 2nd bedroom with a Twin Bed.

* There is a Q size air mattress upon request, though please note the air mattress would likely need to be kept in the bottom living quarters for a more comfortable stay as the 2nd room is fairly quaint with the twin bed.

*We are also open to short-term lease; fully furnished.

Wow!
Such a great stay! Right off Maine street within walking distance to some great shops and restaurants. This is a perfect getaway and the house was very clean and cozy. I forgot to sign the book, so forgive me, but what a great idea. There’s a little book on the table of guests who have stayed and cool things they’ve enjoyed doing. My kids and I loved it and are ready to plan our next trip!

The place is nice. I don't think I read the listing entirely on the beds. It worked out though. Still enough space. The host is nice and communicates. I had a couple issues/suggestions, but the host is fixing them. If they are not already fixed. The issues had to do with the noisy/nosy renter in the other part of the townhouse. The house is older so yes you can hear the neighbors if they are loud. I think this happens though if people are loud. The house is clean. The backyard is nice. There are games you can play and books to read. There is a tv. The shower is nice and the water is as well. It will leave your hair soft. The street wasn't noisy at night. The area has places you can walk to or short drives. There is a bakery near the house in walking distance. There are mansions in the area to look at. The parking on the street was fine. There was always room to park. I would rent from the host again.
