Expedia messed-up this reservation and i will never use Expedia again but the hotel corrected the issue. The hotel was VERY nice. The downtown area doesn't feel that safe but the property and amenities were top notch. I'll book direct with them next time

Worth the stay!
The staff there were great. It is in close proximity to everywhere. It is about a 15 minute walk to the convention center. There were many issues with door dash finding the hotel, but that didn’t affect the stay. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others!

My wife and I had a trip to Louisville to 4th street live planned for our anniversary. Unfortunately our household caught COVID and e we needed to cancel, dealing with the staff and the general manager were extremely unprofessional and I would highly recommend not staying here to avoid any potential confrontation if you had any hiccups in your travel plans.

Everything was great until we came back to the room and found out that our cards weren’t working. Went to the front desk and they gave us new keys. They still didn’t work, so we had to wait an hour for someone to come and fix the door lock. The manager at the time said they’d make it right. When I checked out, they said there wasn’t anything they could do.
