Home away from home!
Ross is a terrific host and provided amenities like bottled water, coffee, and everything else you would need at home away from home vacation. We had a group of 6 adults, each of whom had their own room and bed. Nestled in a nice quiet neighborhood, we had quick access to the interstate where we could head out to our destinations. When I plan my next visit to the Louisville area, I'll definitely look for availaiblity of this property.

Comfortable house for our group
We enjoyed the many comfortable beds, nice deck, and well-stocked kitchen. The toys for the children were a big help, and the many small touches (ex. water bottles, etc.) were very nice. The nearby park and splashpad were great!

Ross was great. Communication was amazing through our entire stay. The house is spacious and had everything you could need. We had a group of 7 women and everyone had their own space. House was clean and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. No shortage of blankets, pillows, and towels. Plenty of stores and restaurants around the area. If I’m ever back in the area, I would stay here again.

Just perfect!
Fifteen adults from around the country arrived in Louisville for a family wedding. The house accommodated everyone easily. The host was quick and gracious in answering endless questions - most of which were already in the detailed description of the property. All beds were made and the house welcoming for an easy transition to "home." Truly appreciated the large quantity of towels and coffee!

Our stay was excellent! The house was clean and comfortable. My family gathered here from around the country to celebrate my graduation. It was the perfect place to rest after a long day out. Communication with Ross was great. He had some nice ideas for restaurants and was a joy to talk to. If I come back to Louisville I will definitely want to stay here again.

Lots of amenities, great location, great host
This property was perfect for our group (3 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 child, 1 dog). Everyone had their own room plus lots of things to do together as a family. We really enjoyed playing pool and board games. The house is easy to find and in a nice neighborhood, super convenient to groceries, restaurant, highway access, etc. We have family in the area and visit often. We will definitely be coming back to this property again!

Great place
We spent the weekend here for our son’s wedding. The house was clean and filled with everything we might need for our stay. The owner was in contact with me throughout the booking and our stay. My only regret is we were so busy we couldn’t spend a lot of time there enjoying the back yard and many games available. I totally recommend!!

Ross exceeded ALL expectations. This property was above & beyond anything we could fathom. EXTREMELY clean, everything well stocked from kitchen to bathrooms. It was a pleasure to stay here & I have told any & everybody that if they are in Louisville this is THE ONLY place to stay
