I never actually stayed at the hotel. As soon as I opened the door to my room and saw the conditions, I had to leave immediately. The smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming, and the presence of cockroaches made it impossible for me to stay. It was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Not fancy at all. The woman who was my sole contact was wonderful and got me checked in. However, my room at the very end of the hallway was immediately next to the exit. Very noisy and I wish I had thought to bring ear plugs.

Checkout was at 11am, i was in the shower at 10:30 when i hear the cleaning guy in my room. After getting him out of my room he stood out side the door he didn't speak English but he understood i was pissed. I then go down to the front desk and he's down the there i asked to see a manager he acted like he didn't know what i was talking about so i left .I called the hotel and Dave answered the phone after going back and forth with Dave, Dave then tells me he doesn't understand English and that they use Google translate and could only say "he didn't understand you" Dave was terrible!! And he hung up the phone. In all my 45 years this was by far the worst service i have every received. I was telling Dave i told the cleaning guy"uo momento por favor" so i know he understood me the hotel smelled like a nursing home and corporate needs to come down. I never leave comments but this was unacceptable.

We checked in around 1230 am and it was noisy with a worker cleaning & emptying trash and going out the door by our room. The lady at the desk was super nice & friendly.

called to check in after hours and was told that would be ok however after arriving was not able to appearently because they had to call the cops earlier to have a vagrant removed. however the maintenance guy told us he could "work somthing out" to get us up into room but would not be able to provide us a key. would not reccomend at any cost

The room was nice. Blankets are thin. I couldn’t get warm. But overall I was satisfied and I would come back. There were just a lot of strange ppl walking around, hotel smelled of marijuana. It was ok tho.

Within seconds of opening the door there were roaches found in the room. All of the hallways, stairwells, elevator and even our smoke free room smelled of cigarettes and pot. Even past ask that I wanted to see what the weekly rate would of been but they price gouged the hotel room from $60 a night to almost $300 a night.

This was a scary out of the way hotel. I arrived at midnight and there was people hanging out outside and no one at the closed check in counter. It was scary for a single woman. People hanging out inside the hotel seemed like a homeless shelter. Musty and dark.

I would not let one of my animals sleep in this establishment. The whole place seems like a drug house. Sketchy people roaming around. The room smelled like mildew, burn holes on the blanket, nasty stains on sheets. I was there for 35 mins and left.
