Hôtel à 5 minutes à pied du centre. Accueil très chaleureux, le patron de l'hôtel donne de super conseils pour les visites. Petit déjeuner copieux. Notre séjour a été très bien dans l'ensemble. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Wonderful Lourdes

Hotel is close to amenities Just a short stroll but due to shortage of staff Door was often locked & desk unattended. We had to go out to get a drink as bar was also not attended. This did not distract from our stay or the love you feel at Lourdes.

Hotel in posizione ottima e tranquilla, lontano da rumori. Il personale è molto gentile e accogliente e la pulizia è molto curata. Le stanze sono un po’ datate ma comunque nel complesso sono stato molto brne, ed il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Il mio materasso era comodo e penso cambiato relativamente da poco. Lo consiglio per spendere il giusto e passare comunque un bel soggiorno

simple but great location

Hotel somewhat off beaten pass but within five minutes walk to main attractions, so very quite at night. It has elevator and free parking. Provides breakfast, continental type. Rooms simple, has wi-fi, no ventilator or a/c-it was kind of hot even in May

Nous avons l'habitude de séjourner dans cet hôtel, je ne sais pas si c'est le fait de réserver par votre service, nous avons constaté que le confort de la chambre n'était pas comme les autres années, maintenant le ménage est fait par une employée, ce n'est pas le top, poubelle de SB non vidée et serviettes non changées

Mi estancia fue muy decepcionante,el hotel carisimo para las condiciones en las que esta.La atencion dejo mucho que desear.Pedimos desayuno para las 8.15 y cual fue nuestra sorpresa cuando bajamos y nos dicen que no hay desayuno porque no confirmamos.Cosa que es incierta,pero tampoco tuvieron la atencion ,de decir que en un momento se solucionaba.Desayunamos fuera del hotel y dos euros mas barato.No lo aconsejo y nosotros no volveremos mas.

Friendly France

Touring in France for a month and this hotel was unusual in that the hotel was managed by a very friendly and helpful couple. Customer service was great, they continually inquired about you and if you needed anything. All this great service even when and they spoke very little English. It just shows that language is not a barrier to good service. The hotel is basic but serves 3 meals a day if you want, off street secure parking is complimentary. Only problem I had was that the WIFI service was a bit hit and miss with the longest password I've ever seen, they need a tech uplift re this!

Gulligt och personligt. Möttes av 2 stora schäferhundar vid incheckning utan någon personal i närheten.som tur var är inte vi rädda men hade man det skulle man inte vara kaxig. Teckenspråk tog oss långt men de var väldigt trevliga o tillmötesgående ändå. Rent o fräscht o bra läge i stan

Great Value!

The reception is warm and friendly. The rooms were clean and more than adequate. The hotel is in a quiet area away from the busyness of the main tourist streets but within walking distance to St. Joseph's Gate. Will definitely use it again on my next visit to Lourdes. Guests may need to speak a little French although the son of the owner can speak English. Lack of air conditioning could be a drawback depending on time of year.

Overall, we will rate this hotel to a third place for an European standard. The hotel is old, but very nice staff, clean and tidy room for someone who wants to travel to Lourdes for prayers. The breakfast was good. We did not have any meal at the hotel. You will get an extra key if you come back to the hotel after 9pm. You can call the staff by pressing a button near the main front door in case of any emergency. The hotel is located very close to the church and you have everything in a walking distance. It is an easy place to find.
