"The hotel is a great design and has all you need, however our room for 4 it was more for 3 persons (a bit tight) I a week we never got our fridge replenished, therefore not even water, they did change the towels but that's about it! They probably need to put on each terrace/bedroom something to hang your wet clothes/towels as some people will hang them on the terrace and doesn't looks good. I think they need more personnel as specially on the pool/beach area"

"We thought the hotel was quite run down. The lifts were slow and tiny. Breakfast was stressful and tense. The table cloth was damp which was particularly unpleasant, the waiters were rushed off their feet so eager to clear dirty dishes on utility trolleys noisily; the buffet was disorganised with cups away from hot drinks, spoons away from other cutlery. It was a shamble all round. We enjoyed the platform over the sea to jump from. "

"This property is RIGHT ON THE WATER. There is NO road to cross to get to the beach. The water actually touches the hotel and it is amazing! There are very few hotels in Greece that are on the water and many use deceptive marketing to make you think they are on the beach. Our room was so clean. "The best part of the hotel was Kimon, who checked us in at 8:30 at night after more than 24 hours of travel. We were hungry and he suggested take out which he ordered for us and served us on the outside patio with plates and wine glasses. He went above and beyond what you would expect. Kimon was awesome!
