Welcome to our Luxe Loveland Home with modern amenities, right in the heart of Central Loveland. With easy access to downtown, Fort Collins, and Boulder, up to 14 guests are invited to stay in this upscale yet cozy property.
Our six-bedroom, four-bathroom house in a safe, quiet neighborhood is equipped to accommodate large groups or multi-families for a memorable vacation of connection and serenity.
Upon arrival, you’ll be amazed by the beautiful white-brick facade and lush greenery. Step inside and decide which bedroom will be yours. Luckily, five of the guest bedrooms all come with a cozy queen sized bed and Smart TV for unwinding at night, so the decision shouldn’t be too tough. Unless you want to score the gorgeous primary suite (and we don’t blame you!), with all its enticing features.
The primary suite is outfitted with a deluxe king sized bed, Smart TV, and french doors with direct access to the sunroom pool house. Best of all, this abode also offers a chic ensuite bathroom with a huge granite-top double vanity and large glass walk-in shower. Not a bad deal.
And if you do end up in one of the other five bedrooms, don’t sweat it. There’s a full bathroom on every level, including the pool house!
Now that you’re all unpacked and settled in, time to explore the rest of the house. You and your whole group will love the bright, spacious living spaces and features like the laundry room sprinkled throughout the home. On the main level, you’ll find a cozy family room with spacious sectional couch, Smart TV, and a fireplace.
You’ll also love the main living room for enjoying deep conversations, or a good book from the leather loveseats or window alcove. Even the lower level offers its own family room, with tons of space for young ones to play, a huge leather couch around a brick fireplace, artful modern rustic designs, and plush carpeting.
Time to eat yet? You’re going to love our state-of-the-art open-concept kitchen. This modern kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. Brew a coffee at the coffee station, meal prep from the large granite-top kitchen island, and bake your meal using the stainless steel appliances.
When it’s time to feast, you’ve got options. Gather around the rustic dining room table, made from an adorable reclaimed door, to enjoy your food. Or pop a squat at the breakfast bar, sunroom table, or even backyard patio table for a delightful al fresco experience.
Chances are, your favorite feature will be the enclosed pool house. This next-level space boasts a year-round heated pool, hot tub, and sunroom area to soak up that Vitamin D while you unwind. This space makes for dreamy nights, as you soak in the hot tub beneath the glow of overhead string lights. You might even say to your group, “We need to come back here next year.”
