"I paid for this room in advance, in October of 2016, For a stay from feb 01 to feb 08. When I arrived the manager said the owner (who handles all the bookings) had not informed him that I had a reservation. The owner insisted they had not been paid and insisted I pay cash to the hotel if I wanted to stay. After talking to a few other guests it seems the hotel had been sold in and around the time I made the reservation. I called hotels.com and they did try to contact the owner and the manger to...

"We had 3 weeks in Bali and our 5 night stay at Lata Lama was our top stay. All the staff were all so lovely, kind and very eager to help us in any way. The staff took great pride in their roles and the cleanliness of the entire place was 5 stars. Yummy breakfast. Did our washing, organized a scooter and massage for us. We will definitely return. Can't rate this place high enough, but it comes down to the people that work there. Also great location, very central for what we wanted to adventure...
