You'll have the entire cabin to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Great place by the lake, swim, boat, fish, lots rocks and bluffs to explore.

We live near rental property and are usually around if you need anything.
The cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. We provide; cookware, flatware, dishes, linens. BEDROOM: 1: has a queen size bed, TV, 2 night stands, and 1 dresser. BEDROOM 2: 1 queen size bed 1 set of bunk beds, 1 dresser and 1 TV. BEDROOM 3: 1 queen size bed1 set of bunk beds, 1 set of drawers. The deck has a wonderful view of the lake with great sunsets. Great fishing, boating, and swimming. Hickory Creek Park and Marina are just across the bay. Property has a large yard. We provide volleyball equipment, horse shoes, Roku streaming, free Wi-Fi and Dish satellite service.
You will need to bring food and clothing, life jackets for children (lake is deep) I do have some life jackets to loan.

Very nice place. My husband and our Bordoodle stayed four days. Nice cabin, nice fishing, nice cliff jumping, nice deck, even enough shallow water beach area for kids😀😁 Daisy 🌼 couldn’t get enough stick fetching off the rocks!

CLIFF JUMPING HAPPINESS
We had a great stay. There was 10 of us we stayed 2 nights. Plenty of room for all of us. The house was fully stocked and the owners where great. We really enjoyed jumping off the cliffs that are about 100 feet from the front porch. I would definitely recommend this property.

Weekend at the lake.
This place is very down to earth. The view of the lake is amazing. The shoreline at the lake is totally awesome. It’s solid rock and makes a very unique place to hang out and swim or fish. The host lives in a nearby property and they were very friendly and helpful. We plan on visiting this property again.

Nice weekend getaway
The owners were incredibly nice and hospitable. Their home is on the same property so they're near if you have questions, etc. we spent most our time on the deck. The water was a short walk across the road.

Clean house, beautiful lakeview, The property owners, Jim and Wanda were very hospitable and are great people. My family and our friends loved it. They even brought a baby bed in for the youngest. They had plenty of dishes, seasonings, and extra stuff you always forget to bring. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Even though the owners live close by I didn't feel bothered at all. All of the neighbors were very polite and sweet. Also want to say how beautifully quiet it was there. Planning to come back this summer with my kids. This is definitely a kid friendly environment. 💗💗💗💗

Peaceful week
We were looking a quiet lounging vacation. This rental met our needs. We slept in late, shared lazy days, and spent a lot of time on the bluffs swimming. While there were a few other people around occasionally. We had a lot of time where we had the bluffs to ourselves. The host Wanda was very hospitable. For such a large lake it was very quiet and peaceful. We had a great time.

Lakehouse surrounded by peace.
This 3 bedroom house is located across a dead-end street from Beaver Lake with a large front deck and lots of seating. The owner's have equipped it with all the amenities of home. If you forgot something, I bet they have it there already. The owners were very helpful, even brought some charcoal over for us. The house is clean with lots of sleeping space for a whole group of people or just a family. I will certainly be going back for a relaxing vacation.

Loved being so close to the Lake!
We loved being so close to Beaver Lake. The view from the front porch was amazing!! The house was nice and the owners were more than helpful. They provided us with life jackets for swimming on the lake which was super fun swimming after a long day of exploring. We did cook a lot of meals at the house and had everything we needed. Loved the little neighbor dog who wanted to visit with us when we were outside. Jim called the marina for us and helped us get that all set up to rent a boat for the day so we could take the kids tubing. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Was a great vacation!

Great Place to Gather
My husband and I needed a place to have Thanksgiving with our son who lives in NW Arkansas. A hotel just didn't seem right during the Thanksgiving holiday. The house fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen had every pan and utensil needed for me to create our traditional feast. In addition, the owners allowed our pets to be part of our gathering. There is a leash law, but we took the dogs to a park that was only about 10 minutes away. We were able to let them run, play, and have a good long walk. I would recommend this property to friends, family, and anyone looking for a great place that allows pets.

Good Place to Relax
The greatest asset of this house is the deck across the front that has a spectacular view of Beaver Lake. Across the road is big rocks down to the lake. The rocks are quite popular with locals. Some people fish from the rocks. This would not be a good place with young kids unless you plan to take a boat out like we did from Hickary Creek Marina. The house is an older house that has been remodeled. It was clean with the supplies that were promised in the house. It was decorated in an older style, but was neat and had exactly what was desribed in the ad. The owners are nice people who are very helpful.

Unexpected Problem
We arrived to the property around 4:30, with just a few minutes to freshen up before heading to an event. No problems with check in or communication. The house is a trailer (not a problem) and the view of water from the front deck is great. I would say some of the neighboring properties are less than desirable. The problem was the overwhelming MUSTY smell inside. When we opened the door, it was so bad. There was also a plug in air freshener that was very strong. We went in hoping to adjust, but in 10 minutes i decided we couldn’t leave our luggage inside because our clothes would stink. I had a headache and was nauseous from the odor. There was no way we could sleep there. There was not a single review that mentioned a smell, I have no idea what happened. But, we have lost hundreds of dollars having reserved for 2 nights. I messaged the owner after we had left. She did apologize.

Not exactly a pleasant stay
While the property itself sits on a beautiful plot of land with very nice views of the lake, the house was very run down. After several attempts of contacting the owners, they never honored their proclaimed military discount. They also never provided a key for our arrival. We were constantly calling, trying to make arrangements for them to come open the doors for us, which was really inconvenient and frustrating. Also, their dog-friendly tag is questionable. They kept a pitbull loose on the porch the entire time (even in 20 degree weather, poor thing), which became a nuisance when I needed to take our dog outside for bathroom breaks, as the pit wouldn't leave our dog alone. The pitbull didn't seem aggressive, but because he wouldn't give my dog any space, I was very nervous the whole time. We ended up having a couple people distract the pitbull and try and keep him on the porch, while I slipped out the back door with our dog for a quick bathroom break, then immediately ran back inside. On the second day of our trip, right before we were leaving for the day, one of the owners finally came to drop a key off. He unsettled us by spending about 10 minutes there, telling us he didn't believe dogs should be in the house, how many guns he had, and all about his troubled son who lived in the adjoining property. It was very uncomfortable. We could not have been more ready to leave the next day. Great views on the lake, but overall, not worth putting up with the rest of the unpleasantness.

1st states its a home, it is a trailer... 2nd we inquired about the boat rental and they said all good to go only to find out boat was broken and had been for sometime so don't fall for the boat rental..Not the only one this happen to.. 3rd we pull up and there is a hole in the yard filled with sewer, so you can imagine the smell we had to deal with on our mini vacation with kids.. Sewer draws flies we spent the first hour killing flies and continued to the whole time there.. 4th - yard had not been mowed forever along with the weeds that were 5ft tall to walk to the lake.. 5th a camping trailer set on the property which her son lived in.. Every time we went out side they came out and starred at us..Not to mention the guy smoking flicking ashes on the baby laying on ground.. 6th dont let kids shut the doors because they can't get out .. no door knob in the place worked.. 7th the pictures are very inaccurate the furniture is not what appears, the refrigerator is not what appears.. Also not to mention the hole in the ceiling stuffed with paper towels.. We had it rented from Sunday to Wednesday, we stayed at the property on Sunday but the rest of time we left for the day and found other things to do , a nature trail and swim hole, then a cavern .. bottom line we rented this to stay at the house the whole time , swim at lake , rent the boat but non of that happen we couldn't stay there the whole time.. We considered asking for refund and getting a hotel.. Disappointed in vrbo and this property.. if you like to stay in a fly infested , sewer smelling with creepy neighbors this place is for you... Save your money and don't waste your time..we are filing a complaint with Vrbo

Short Walk to a beautiful lake
My son and I stayed here while he was looking at the university. It was a trek to get to Fayetteville but that made for beautiful skies at night. The owner right next door was very thoughtful and helpful. And the lake was lovely to swim in. Just a short walk across the street and you’re at the lakeshore.
