nice place

there was a problem with the lock and we could not leave on time, but the owner helped us solve the issue quickly. otherwise, the home was fine and would happily stay again the next time we are visiting.

College visits

My grandson and I came to Lowell, MA to visit 3 colleges and for him to attend a 3 day seminar. The property was adequate. We received check-in information through email but not complete information. The front door was not usable. I wish there had been a book with wi-fi, places to visit, etc. There wasn't a hair dryer as stated. The owner did replace the bedroom air conditioner the day it went out. The upstairs neighbors were very friendly and gave us good information.

Met expectations.

It took a number tries to unlock and lock the electronic door lock, no instructions and not entirely intuitive. Wifi network was not identified and the password was spelled wrong and not clearly written, frustrating trying different variations to get online. No paper towels on the roll in the kitchen... Overall the property was clean, affordable and in good condition.
