"Very pleased with our stay overall. The only downside was that there was construction going on which was kind of loud at times. When I made the reservation it had said the construction would be done by the time we went, so we were not expecting that."

Nice older hotel, very reasonable
"The Lafayette is a very nice older hotel. It's in great condition, and the room's are quite comfortable. Bathroom was a bit narrow, but nice high ceilings. Great old world decor that we really enjoyed. Breakfast at the Gunroom was also good and quite reasonable. Only complaint is that our room faced ..."
