"This is a very nice hotel, it has very nice hotel lobby and a restaurant. Good size room, the heater works but the hot water in the shower doesn’t really get hot. bed is ok but the pillows are terrible very uncomfortable because they are high and hard really hurt my neck. The location is good enough, 15 minutes ish to George Town, 10mins ish to subway, otherwise nothing else is close by. "

"Cute hotel, modern esque but could use some slight updating. Otherwise really functioning, maintained really well! Clean, great shower and shower options ie body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Great area - really cute and walkable!"

"We booked a larger room with a view of Dupont Circle's park. Everything was as expected except for how stingy they were with the K-Cups for coffee. Only two per day, per room, are given and we each drink two cups of coffee daily. Keeping in mind that there is no housekeeping and no extra towels unless you ask at the desk, it seems like they could afford this small concession. (We were there four (4) nights.)"

"Hotel Convenent Review I recently stayed at Royal Sonesta and had an overall pleasant experience. The location is incredibly convenient, being close to the metro train station, making it easy to get around the city. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, which was a big plus. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering a comfortable environment to unwind after a busy day. The front desk staff stood out for their friendliness and accommodating attitude, always ready to assist with any requests. The only downside was the bed, which was much too soft for my liking. I found myself sinking into the mattress, which made it difficult to get comfortable and led to a restless night’s sleep. Despite the issue with the bed, I would still recommend Royal Sonesta for its prime location, great service, and clean accommodations. Just be mindful if you prefer a firmer mattress!"
