"I had an amazing stay at Paul's home. I rented a car, but it is actually walking distance to stores, restaurants, nightlife, and Maho beach. The 3 bedroom home was very spacious, with AC and strong WiFi in every room. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything needed. You do hear music at night, and airplanes taking off but not enough to disrupt sleeping. One of the best places to stay in St Martin overall!"

We especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, incredible views, private rooftop pool, convenient access to restaurants and grocery as well as the secure parking. "Perfect location. Mike met us at the security gate and gave us a full tour of the property. The penthouse was perfect. Everything was clean, organized and ready for us to enjoy. Restaurants, grocery, beaches, etc... nearby within a few minutes walk. 3 pools (1 saltwater) and a private beach gave us a plenty of room to lounge. "This is not a hotel but a rental. The apartment itself is great no issues there but the bed is hard rock, they provide 2 tiny terrible pillows and only 2 towels. Not even a bath mat and there is a big sign in the bathroom that towels cannot be used on the floor, obviously we had a choice between slipping or not.
