The Cliff is proud to present its great pools: The infinity pool Overlooking the Ocean perfect for a sunset moment, the nice kid's pool, and the indoor half Olympic pool, perfect for a swimming session

This contemporary condo is at the edge of the sea located in the private community of The Cliff, only 1 min to the French/Dutch Border. This luxurious gated gem looks like a stylish gleaming white village on a sunny Greek island. The main entrance is framed by lush tropical trees. The main living area and the master bedroom have a stunning view of the blue sky, turquoise Caribbean Sea and other islands.

The contemporary interior décor has a French vibe; elegant and comfortable. Clear woods with cream, taupe, grey, and lime fabrics. The open-plan living area features a fully furnished kitchen with all the appliances. The large main living area combines lounging, dining, and media spaces.

The two equal size bedrooms have a beautiful en suite bathroom with walk-in showers and dressing.

Although private, you are very close to amenities. Only a 1-minute walk to Mullet Beach, one of the nicest beaches of the island, only 3 minutes driving to Porto Cupecoy with a terrific little gourmet market, wonderful restaurants, and stunning views. Walking distance to the laidback Bar Code restaurant; the Latino and Italian restaurants, and just beyond; the nightlights of Maho. 2 minutes
In 5 minutes you reach the airport, 10 minutes to the charming French capital of Marigot, and about 30 minutes to either Grand Case or Phillipsburg.

The Cliffs is a beautiful property and so convenient to many beautiful beaches. The infinity pool is gorgeous and both John and Stacey are so easy to work with, I highly recommend. The location is within walking distance of Mullet Beach, as well as restaurants and grocery stores. Very convenient to the airport too.

Awesome Property
Staying this past week at the Cliffs was one of our best vacations ever. John's property is top shelf and we have nothing but praise for the property, location and beach access. The infinity pool is incrediable, grounds are well maintained, unit overlooks the pool and ocean which was a highlight of our stay. Excellent location on the island providing a quiet relaxing stay. Relaxing week
The property was as described. It was located near some good places to eat. I enjoyed Fat Tony's, In and Out for the Shwarma, and the Thai place down the street. Mario's is nice on location as well. The pool is incredible and has a great view of the sunset every night. The beach is also nice and was accessible when we visited. We would rent here again if we came back to this island.

Beautiful spot tucked in Cupecoy with a peaceful pool and beach access. Also with great proximity to various parts of the island to explore, including Princess Juliana airport. This is our second time back at this unit and again had a great time. You cannot beat the location with ease of walking to grocery, restaurants, and the beaches. Stacey was helpful in arranging babysitting and reservations for Pinel Island. The new outdoor infinity pool is amazing.

Could not have been better!
I can’t say enough about how magical our stay was. The condo is absolute perfection. We walked to Mullet Bay a couple of times and spent the last day on the private beach just in front of the condo. The Infinity pool is beautiful and clean and the staff was so friendly! I even managed to get a massage in the spa with we were there. I will definitely be back!

Great vacation.
The property was lovely and the staff was great. The proximity to mullet bay and the beach was a bonus. The cross breezes in the condo meant we didn’t need AC for the entire visit. Having the condo stocked with our grocery list was a big plus. The pool and the landscaping were beautiful and created a relaxing environment. On a negative note, the dishwasher did not work and the sink leaked from the disposal side. Also, there were problems with the hot water boiler and hot water was intermittently hit or miss. All things considered, though, we would definitely consider another visit to The Cliffs.

We loved this property- it’s beautiful and has lovely pools and a small and special private beach. Just lovely! We would have appreciated check-in and check-out instructions. If you come to this property, ring yourself through the property gate and the receptionist will have your details of rental, keys, and will give you a tour of the beautiful grounds. Mario’s Bistrot is the restaurant on the property and a special place to be tried. We will be back!

Week of paradise at the Cliff
Listing as advertised. 4 of us had a great time in Sint Maarten. The infinity pool is clean and beautiful. The view down to the water and beach added bonus. Basically a private beach down the private steps to the beach. Sand so soft and the water clear when waves die down. We were able to do snorkeling at the beach. Just have to time when waves diminished. Normally not an issue on most days. Easy short walking distance to our favorite beach, Mullet Beach. Food at Rosie’s was amazing there on the beach. Water crystal clear. Organic market for groceries worked great. Prices seemed very reasonable. The Cliff is definitely worth making your home for a getaway.

Great Location with unbelievable view from living room balcony!
Rental was perfectly located! Private beach was just down the steps and lovely, public beach was less than 5 minute walk, grocery store across the street and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The front desk staff answered every question asked and gave great suggestions. It was even possible to have fresh baked goods delivered to the door to have with coffee while watching the sunrise. When there was a problem with the showers the management worked on fixing it three times until perfectly repaired.

Great Condo, view and location
Our family of 4 really loved the place. The community was welcoming and our girls were in the pool everyday. There is a happy hour / dinner service at the bar which made it nice for the parents too. The unit was spacious and beautiful. You see the breathtaking sunset every day and hear the crashing of the ocean. The second of cupecoy beach you are on isn’t too inviting for swimming but you can easily get down to it. However Mullet bay beach is only a 5 min walk. We loved the place and the island and hope to be back again!!

This condo was prefect for our week in paradise! Amazing ocean and pool views from the condo with private stairs down from the pool to the ocean. The complex is beautiful and extremely quite. The condo is very open and comfortable for 2 or a group to entertain (but no parties allowed). Location was great with 6 terrific beaches within 2 to 8 minutes by car, as well as restaurants in Cupecoy, Port Cupecoy, and Maho. John and Stacey were the best to deal with and very responsive. We had an issue with the safe and Stacey found a workable solution immediately. Highly recommend this stay!

Very Beautiful Condo
We really loved the unit and the building. Very spacious with 2 1/2 baths and two bedrooms. The balcony area was also beautiful with nice cushioned lounge chairs. Perfect for sitting and reading a book! Communication with the owner John was good as well. we brought a few things to his attention and he did get back to us within less than a day. None of the issues were urgent. My only real suggestion would be to invest in some blackout curtains for the master bedroom. Full sun by 5:30 AM. we would definitely stay in this unit again. I loved the location and the fact that it is only one floor up and we could walk the stairs. The pool is resort like and grounds are beautiful!

The Cliff is a breathtaking place!
I belong to the group of individuals who claim that life is too brief to revisit the same location repeatedly. However, I've now defied this rule for the seventh time. I can confidently declare that St. Maarten has become a home away from home for us. This exquisite and opulent property is ideally situated, with the beach, restaurants, bakeries, and casinos all within easy walking distance. The private beach at the Cliff is both stunning and serene, and Mullet Bay Beach is just a 5-minute stroll away. St. Maarten has everything one could wish for. We will undoubtedly return. Life is fleeting, but places like this remain timeless.
