Really nice place, amazing staff and convenient location

Was quite shocked. Upon checking in, served a welcome drink, which was great but after that was just downhill. No towels were in the room and tried to call the front desk but the phone was disconnected. It took hours to get the towels. Power outage continued for so long and occurred frequently. The color of water was terrible… even for 1 night, wasn’t rest at all…

The staff and management of this property are truly exceptional, consistently exceeding expectations in every aspect of service. The location itself is equally remarkable, offering both convenience and beauty. A special recognition goes to the Manager, Mr. Tanmayi, whose outstanding leadership ensures that every guest enjoys an unforgettable and seamless experience. His dedication to maintaining the highest standards makes this property a standout destination for a truly memorable stay.

Everything was wonderful! The view was exceptionally beautiful, and they kindly accommodated our housekeeping request even though it was already 6 pm. The food was also delightful. It would be even better, if the staff were a bit more subtle in promoting their spa services.
