We extended the checkout time for a meeting and paid for it during check-in. However, we were constantly harassed by hotel staff, who repeatedly pressured us to leave the room early due to poor communication among their team. Four different staff members knocked on our door unexpectedly, causing significant inconvenience. When I called the front desk to address the issue, I was rudely told to leave the room if I had a problem with the unsolicited calls and knocks. I strongly recommend avoiding this place, even if the price seems cheap.

When we checked in, we were in a hurry and dropped our bags off in the room, not paying attention to the cleanliness of the facility. When we came back late that night from the graduation we had attended we realized how filthy and disgusting the room really was the floors had not been vacuumed in quite some time the bathtub had a ring of filth around it. There was black hair in the bathtub and the sink. Even the coffee maker was dirty and everything around. It was dirty when we pulled the sheets back there was make up and dirt in the bed and on the sheets luckily, I had brought blankets with me so we could sleep on top of the bedspread since the bed was dirty. I went downstairs the next morning and promptly checked out and informed them how disgusting the room was. I was told that they would clean it immediately but the point was it should’ve been clean when I arrived. Then they refused to give me a refund for the night that I was not going to stay. Then a few hours later they charged me an additional $218. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, and I would never, never, never recommend it to anyone. There is no excuse for their bad behavior and their filthy rooms. Do not stay here.

This is a basic motel. You can hear everything through the walls. Toiletries have a cheap scent. Coffee is some of the weakest and worse I've ever had. Bed was comfortable enough and the shower had plenty of hot water. Was it worth the price we paid? No, but there was an event that weekend so everything was overpriced.

The staff when I checked in on 12/30 were very nice and welcoming however after the staff was kind of off putting. Asked for a an extra pillow for the pullout bed and was told that there were already 4 on the king size bed. Umm ok. That's not what I requested. Btw the pillows are about half the size of a regular pillow. Also was told 3 min before breakfast was to end that it was already over. My bad, but maybe could have at least said I could grab a muffin and an apple, I wasn't going to make a waffle or make a mess. The housekeeping was a kind woman who offered to swap the dirty towels for clean.
