Poorly maintained. Strong smoke odor in nonsmoking room. Stained carpets. Powder carpet cleaner (maybe?) on carpet. Stained counters, sinks, and tub. People walking around outside. Overall, sketchy impression. Front desk was attentive at check in. Remained courteous and offered options but was willing to provide refund without issue. Hotel name listed as Wyndm but map said La Quinta.

Cant get towels and everytime i rent i get a used room have to clean toilet myself and amy dont like pretty people so shes hatefull shes housekeeper and dont do her job cant ever get floor cleaned and never clean towels shes rude and knpcks for 2 dollars but cant bri g towels horrible stay

The front desk person was very nice. When we got to our rooms, one of them had not been cleaned at all. The bed wasn't made and dirty towels still in the bathroom. We then requested a new room for that one. The bed had spiders in it. Both bathrooms had ant-type bugs in the shower and sinks. The rooms smelled horrible. There were holes in the wall/closet. The worst hotel experience of our lives.

The room upon entering was filled with the stench of cigarette smoke. Bed sheets had stains. Mold in the bathroom, bugs on wall behind TV and in the sink. The coffee packages were nice unfortunately no coffee maker. Very disappointing stay. Took photos but won't let me upload.
