Complained but was told the hotel had no AC; yet the next day we were told it does have AC but no room with AC was available. The information given by reception was therefore misleading, and we should have been given a discount to reflect the reduced facilities. The Expedia listing is also misleading. "

"This property was great, after an other local virtual check in failed to send me instructions to get in, this place accepted my book couple of hours prior and I arrived and 1 am and got checked in and sorted formalities, reception say on the day spoke English which was a relief at that time in the morning, the room much more presentable that most Travelodges in the uk, can’t argue with price as was £25, no complaints for the price and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again "

"The hotel was very well kept, very clean, warm and comfortable and the staff were lovely and very professionall. It was very handy to stay before or after going to Pyrowice airport, with a taxi there being 100 zloty. There was no vegetarian starter option available but one was adapted on request. The food at dinner was lovely. We also walked from Byton town center so that is an option as it is not too far at just over a kilometer"
