Made for holidays, Villa California has all the assets to spend an unforgettable stay.
A large garden of 1400 m2 surrounds this villa on two levels.
The exterior offers many sunbathing areas, and a private teardrop-shaped pool, as well as a large lawn, ideal for family games, or for a quiet moment.
In the immediate vicinity of the beach of Lucciana, you can access the sea on foot in a secure way.
Ideal for a stay with friends or family.

The villa is 160 m2 on 2 levels.

Ground floor:
A living room, and a large dining room overlooking the terrace.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher…
A bedroom with a bed 160x200cm, equipped with a dressing room.
A bedroom with two beds 90x190cm, equipped with a dressing room.
A bathroom with a walk-in shower.
An independent toilet.

Dining area with charcoal barbecue.
Swimming pool 9m x 4,5m with an alarm system.
A large terrace equipped with deckchairs, ideal for resting.

Parking secured by a barrier that can accommodate 3vehicles.
Cleaning and linen (sheets and towels) included in the rental.
Deposit: 2000 euros to pay the day of your arrival and return at the end of stay.

PLEASE NOTE: The villa is unfortunately not suitable for children under the age of 12 due to problems with previous tenants!
