"The parking situation stinks, there are tons of work trucks with men just sitting in them playing music taking up so many parking spaces that the space in front of my room was taken and I had to park all the way to the opposite end of the parking lot and on the other side. I had to make 4 trips to bring my stuff in. It was super inconvenient. I think the space in front of the room should go to the person paying for that room. Or you could supply carts for luggage. "

"Summers Inn is a nice motel. The staff at the office and the breakfast area were very nice and polite. The bathroom in the room was small. Which is typical for the older motels. But, it was very clean. Breakfast was handled differently than most motels. You chose what you wanted the night before along with a time to eat the next morning. Worked great in my opinion."

"Loved our return trip to this place. 2 things that were negative. The upstairs people were up at five am and the kids running from one end of the house to the other. The guest bedroom didn’t have a sheet on it. We will probably return next year but want to be certain upstairs will be empty. "

"Great house, perfect location, has everything you would need. Lots of cute touches and details. Love the binder with menus and what to do each month, very nice. The floors could use a good mop and the tubs and one toilet wasn’t very, but it was pretty good for the most part. Nothing that would prevent me from staying here again. Very nice host. "

"Cozy Town Beach Cottage was perfect for our short getaway. It was comfy, CLEAN, cozy, and quiet. Its convenience to the beachfront, walking trails and local restaurants was ideal for us. The host was wonderful! There was a problem with the cable (local outage - not the host’s fault) and she responded immediately and stayed in communication until it was resolved. VERY HELPFUL!! We had a great time in Ludington!!"

"Uniquely classic 50s. Loved the old fashioned bathroom- so much like the home I grew up in. Two blocks from waterfront!! Closest neighbor a city park. Even a screen door. Price unbeatable. I don't particularly like cold, sterile modern (or fancy) hotels. Ventura was super clean, accessible and classic."
