Okemo Acres - Beyond Vacation Rental

Spacious 4 bed, 2.5 bath house located minutes from everything in Ludlow is the perfect all season destination - ski, snowboard, bike, hike, golf, swim or just relax. Private setting conveniently located 5 minutes away from Okemo Ski Resort and downtown Ludlow. Certainly walking distance to downtown Ludlow so bring your walking shoes.

The kitchen and living room with wood burning fireplace are in the center of the main floorplan. Two bedrooms are on the right side of the kitchen. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other bedroom has a twin bed and a full over full bunk bed. One full bath is also on the right side of the kitchen for these 2 bedrooms to share.

On the left side of the kitchen are the other two bedrooms. One bedroom is a master with a queen sized bed and a master full bathroom. The other other bedroom is also on the left side of the kitchen with a full sized bed. The laundry room is between both bedrooms and includes a half bath.

The mudroom and game room are down stairs and can also be accessed by the side door which is level with the ground outside.

There are multiple outdoor sitting areas to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee, star gazing, or simply breathing in the fresh Vermont air.

Other things to note:

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood and not suitable for large parties or events. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am and we ask that you respect our neighbors.

Please note - our home is located at the top of a moderately steep private road and all-wheel drive is recommended during the winter months.

There are long term tenants that occupy a private portion of the house with their own private entrance separate from where you will be staying. They are a retired couple and the sweetest people in the world. Aside from their car being in the driveway, you'll barely know they're there.

Great House
Family vacation to visit another family member and do some hiking and check out the area. 3 adults, 1 teen and 2 slightly younger children. Everyone lived the house. Very well stocked, from backup toiletries to paper products, laundry and everything you could need in the kitchen. Kids loved the air hockey game and put down their phones to play. Very convenient to Ludlow, Okemo and local trails and lakes. Will definit be back this summer!

One of the best rentals we’ve stayed in!
Anya & Leo - Thank you for hosting our last-minute end of the season snowboarding trip! Your house is beyond well-stocked with anything & everything you may need. We genuinely appreciated all the doggie amenities, too! Your home is super cozy and homey. We had the best time! We also loved the close proximity to the mountain and the main street in Ludlow. Excellent Okemo Acres Family Ski Vacation
Okemo Acres was a fantastic property to stay for the 9 of us on our family ski vacation. Anya and Leo have thought of everything you might need for your stay at this immaculate property. A beautiful kitchen that has everything you will need to prepare your family meals! The bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms have all the little details to make your stay great even if you forgot something. The living room furniture is comfortable and it was a great space to watch the superbowl. The proximity to Okemo is great with a 2 minute drive to the mountain. The downstairs game room is fantastic place for the kids to play. I would highly recommended this property if you are planning a trip to the Ludlow/Okemo area.

Great Stay for Family Ski Trip!

My family and I stayed here for a snowboarding trip to Okemo. This house is absolutely beautiful. It is a very private setting with beautiful views. The towels are very plush and everything was very clean. There were extra toiletries in case you forget something. We have stayed at several places similar to this and none of them were as equipped and stocked like this one. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Great stay!
There were 4 couples staying here and we all had a great time!! Very clean place. Plenty of room and very cozy winter or summer spot. House came fully equipped with everything we needed. The tenants downstairs were very quiet and we didn’t even notice they were there. Would come back again!

Friends getaway
The house was very clean and had plenty of amenities to enjoy our stay. The check in process was very easy and the host was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor fireplace with wood starters and firewood provided. The only thing to note is there is a long term tenant on the other side of the house which did not bother us at all and hardly knew they were there but would have been nice to know this before booking. Luckily we were not a loud group but if there was a group looking to stay up late and be loud they may feel awkward about having another tenant in the house. Overall 5 star review for this property and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Absolutely Fantastic!!
Our family stayed at this property for just one night. It was incredible. Absolutely spotless and had every possible amenity you could ever need. Just pack your clothes and go, everything else is there! Not only was the property beautiful & immaculately clean, it was also spacious. There were 8 of us and you’d never know it. We had so much room to spread out around the house from lounging to cooking to sleeping. We loved every moment and all wished we’d had time to stay another night. I think it’s safe to say we’ll be back!

Great week, stay strong Ludlow !
We have been going to the area for 24 straight years for a week each summer. This house is perfect and great host. Bromley is always fun, made it work even though Shaws is closed. Nice firepit and house is well stocked with everything you need .

This home was absolutely wonderful, very clean and comfortable. The home is spacious and extremely well appointed, it felt more like a home or spa compared to typical rentals. The property was perfect for a couple families to stay comfortably with a beautiful place to relax after a day of skiing. Close to Okemo, game room for kids, new kitchen appliances with a fireplace to relax next to. The toiletries, games, guestbook and guide book for the stay was a really nice touch.
