But there is the issue of the wrong information on the website, there’s now no option for a double bed, all rooms only have 2 x single beds, being a huge error when renovating a hotel and providing the wrong information online. They understand this and it needs to be clarified."

We had a problem with the A/C in our room & needed to move rooms - this was all sorted very promptly. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a lovely few days in Mannheim."
