Vacation home "Merlin" in the Palatinate Forest consisting of 2 separate residential units

A perfect holiday for young and old begins in our holiday home Merlin. We offer cozy and comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people. It is a log house that was completed in 2013. The Low Energy House is supplied with heat by its own combined heat and power plant. The house has 2 apartments (Anka and Britta) with separate entrances. They are separated by a common room and can also be rented separately. This makes it ideal for family vacations with e.g. B. Grandparents or 2 families, or a group of friends, hiking groups etc. You can spend your vacation together, but still have 2 separate units.
Anka the larger apartment is on the ground floor. It is bright and friendly and is located in a quiet location with a pleasant view. You don't have to do without any modern comfort. The apartment is spacious and offers enough space for 8 people and a toddler up to 2 years. It has a double room, a twin room, a room with a bunk bed for 2 people and a sofa bed for 2 people. The large bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower cubicle and toilet. A guest toilet is located in the entrance area. The modern living / dining kitchen is bright and friendly, and does not miss anything. The apartment also has a beautiful terrace with a grill, a large lawn with a swing, trampoline and adjacent forest.
Britta the smaller apartment is in the basement. The bright and friendly design invites you to relax. It is in a quiet location with a pleasant view. All rooms have large windows and offer a lot of modern comfort. The apartment is spacious. It has a double room and cot, spacious living / dining area with a well-equipped kitchenette. The bathroom with shower and toilet is also bright and friendly. A beautiful patio leads to a large meadow with an adjacent forest. A parking space for your car is right in front of the apartment.
There is a soccer table in the common room and an exercise bike for fitness.

Wir haben diesen Urlaub sehr genossen, Jeder hatte seinen Platz ohne das sonst Übliche umräumen . Das Haus eignet sich wegen seiner Größe perfekt für eine Familienfreizeit mehrerer Generationen. Bei der Ausstattung wurde an fast alles gedacht. Ein Bodenwischer wäre noch ganz schön.

Erholsame Tage in der Südpfalz
Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnungen sind hell und geräumig. Vor allem viel Platz um sich zu treffen, aber auch um sich zurück ziehen zu können. In der Natur gelegen und herrlich ruhig. Viele Möglichkeiten um zu Wandern oder Rad zu fahren.

Wir hatten schöne Tage in Ludwigswinkel. Viel Interessantes für die Kinder.
Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber, Platz für die Kinder und die Erwachsenen. Der Garten mit dem Trampolin war das Tollste für die Kinder. Wir waren bereits das 2. mal im Haus Merlin und wollen nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.

Rundum erholsam
Alle sind auf ihre Kosten gekommen. Von Mountainbiketouren, Wanderungen, Burgen bis Spielplätze war für alle das passende dabei. Viele Ausflugsziele waren fußläufig erreichbar oder in wenigen Autominuten. Das Objekt war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Wir kommen schon seit einigen Jahren ins Haus Merlin. Die Lage und die Ausstattung bieten alles was man sich als große Gruppe wünscht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Die von der Gemeinde dieses Jahr neu erhobene Kurtaxe hat uns etwas überrascht, mal sehen, ob das Geld vernünftig investiert und das Freizeitangebot ausgeweitet wird. Wir waren im März mit einer Illustren Gruppe zu Besuch im Ferienhaus Merlin. Wir haben einen Jungesellenabschied angekündigt was zu keinerlei Problemen geführt hat. Will sagen: die in dem Inserat angegebenen Daten stimmen alle restlos. Es begann mit einem sehr netten Kontakt per Mail, der Empfang in dem Haus war unkompliziert und herzlich. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. 5 von 5 Sternen!
