When I got to check in, I got to speak to Penny, who was equally super sweet. Was very helpful during check in letting us know where everything was even though we checked in so late. We had decided to walk there from the ferry terminal and that last stretch to get to the hotel is not for the faint-hearted, which Kelly did warn about but we made it!! "
