The only issue I had was there is no elevator in the parking lot so you have to walk up the stairs to the ground floor from 4 levels below ground. "

"My wife and I stayed here for a few days in early March and it was fantastic. We had a late arrival to San Juan, which we communicated with the owner beforehand. He was very fast about informing us that would be just fine. Arrived to a gated parking lot with attendant still there at midnight, and security at the front desk to help us check in.
