Fun Getaway

We needed a house for a quick stay in Lusby. The hosts have thought of everything to make the stay easy. They communicated ahead of our trip and were easy to work with.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely comfortable home. It is very clean and well equipped and convenient to many areas to explore! Great restaurants in the area as well. Nice dock, and pool area.

Great quiet spot on the water

Loved the house and kids loved the pool. We also managed to catch a half dozen crabs (August trip). House is on the smaller side, but with four bedrooms everyone had privacy and just what they needed. We'll be back!

Great getaway

The home is lovely and comfortable with everything you need. It is in a great and convenient location to a lot of different areas of interest. We especially enjoyed Solomon island and Vera’s restaurant very close to the home. The yard is private with a great size pool. The bed in the master room is very comfy! We didn’t use the dock but it nice and beautiful views.

Quick family getaway in July of 2024

We enjoyed our time in Lusby. There was enough room for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice having a gas grill. My husband enjoyed trying to catch fish off the dock. He did manage to get two crabs. We spent most of our time in the pool and relaxing on the deck. The house is located near several grocery stores and restaurants.

Maryland stay

The house and property location are nice . Located close to the grocery store. The pool is very nice however I think it should be noted that it is not heated. They advertise everywhere that this is a house with a private pool that opens May 1, not one mention of it not being heated . We stayed in the middle of May and it was so cold we were unable to use it which devastated our 3 year old ! Had I known this prior I would have booked another location. The house wasn’t as clean as I would have expected, as if no one had been there to clean it for the beginning of the season yet . I had to reach behind the couch for a ball and it was full of cobwebs and dust as were under the couch and beds. The bathroom shower also had some buildup . The pool area had lounge chair and outdoor furniture which is nice however you have to uncover and clean off the debris and some had wasp nests.
