"First time ever in a capsule hotel. I had no expectations. It was clean enough and comfortable enough. Once everyone was in for the night it was quiet enough and I slept fairly well. For the price I think it’s good value and certainly well located. Easy walking into the CBD, the Docks and Salamanca / Battery point. The checkin instructions arrived about 30 minutes prior to checking and it all worked as it was sposed to. All in all I’m satisfied with the experience 🙂"

"Checkin was easy, stayed 12 nights, (I don't know if the cleaners are contractors or not, but I think the rooms should be cleaned at least every 3 day's ) Sheets on the beds was only changed once in the whole time, had to chase staff to get toilet rolls. Other than, the room was clean, food a bit pricey but good. What this hotel needs to do, is have a folder in the room with food price's, what's on specials, happy hour etc. Would Stay here again. "

"Beautiful hotel, felt like we were staying in a castle. Lovely old bar with happy hour. Friendly and professional staff. Beds are pretty old and very soft, not a very comfortable night's sleep."

"The smoking balcony is not pleasant for other guests with their windows open. This needs to be looked at. As it was disgusting walking back into the room with the smell of smokes. "
