"It was a very good experience. The room was clean and looked recently updated. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was exceptionally clean. The best part is that every staff member was GREAT. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was more than expected. Full breakfast was provided along with make your waffle station. There was also yogurt, fruit cereal and other items available. Even the coffee was GOOD.If I'm back in the area, I'd definitely stay here. "

"The only thing I didn’t like was the option for early check in. I first was told to call the morning of and I did but was told something different. I went around 1:30 to see if I could possibly get a early check in but desk clerk immediately told me check in was 4 and not very friendly at all."

"We arrived early in the day as we’d just disembarked from a cruise with nowhere else to go. They had our room cleaned and us in it within 40 minutes. The hotel was clean with adequate amenities. They offer a free shuttle to the airport which was very important to us. We knew before arriving the property was in close proximity to the airport and would be a little noisy so this wasn’t an issue for us. "An enjoyable stay for a good price. One thing I like about Extended Stay is that they have a full size refrigerator and microwave which most other hotels do not offer. I can save money by preparing my own meals. I came for the Taylor Swift concert and then stayed more than a week after the concert for sightseeing in the New Orleans area. Most of hotels were booked but this one was reasonably priced and was only about 12 miles from downtown New Orleans. There are fancier hotels in the area but...

"Check in was a breeze. The desk clerk was friendly. The beds are a little uncomfortable for someone with back issues, but doable for a couple of nights. The breakfast variety is good. My only complaint is not a hotel or staff issue. However, the hall smelled of marijuana and it seeped into my room. "

"The hotel was perfect for us after a stressful change in our travel arrangements. The price was great, the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and it was incredibly quiet! Fresh coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day was great! It had everything we needed to wind down and prepare for our flight out of MSY."
