There is very little not to like .. this hotel has served my needs over many years and it is a well placed, well priced and lovely hotel. On this occasion I was only there for a very short time and, accept that it is ageing but there are some updates which it could benefit from … an overall good steam cleaning of the carpets would be a start. But all in all I would still give it a comfortable 9/10. The staff were very nice, respectful and helpful too.

Food was really nice, room was okay with good coffee facility. Room is quirky with a pod toilet but we liked it. Was a bit of noise from other people but not too bad. Drinks were expensive.

Shabby old hotel. Free local bus to airport can turn up full as it did us meaning you could miss your flight. Long up hill walk to airport. I would not use this airport again.

Hotel was basic plus, which is what anyone should expect for such a fair price. For me it was just the ticket.after a long and stressful day travelling. I have worked in 5 star Dusseldorf hotels with less room facilities

The hotel was fine and I would stay here again if I had an early Luton flight. The walk from Luton terminal to the hotel is quite easy with a suitcase, paved and well lit all the way and even covered over against the rain for much of it. I was worried about walking back at 4am but there was no issues, there were lots of people around as the mid-term parking lot is across from the hotel, and it is all well lit and busy. My room was fine, a bit small but I didn't mind that. Staff were friendly, I slept fine.

Bar Area was very dirty. Room had mould and stains on the carpet and smelled. Tried to get food and told they weren’t taking orders for 30 mins. Went back 39 mins later only ti be told the kitchen was closed!!!
