Вилла сдается только для частного семейного отдыха в количестве предназначенном спальных мест, т.е. не более 8 человек!

Очень выгодное расположение до центра города, 3 км, где можно посетить Государственный Университет, театр О.Кобылянской, центральные кинотеатры и кафе на престижной педальной улице О.Кобылянской. Апартаменты находятся на развязке троллейбусов и маршруток. Очень простое расположение при движении на автомобиле. Пешком 2 мин до троллейбусной/маршруток остановки. Такси 50 грн до центра города.
