"We were only spending a night in Naples with an early departure at the time of booking, but with the threat of an airline strike, we had to add a day. We spent a lot on taxi rides to get us to sites. This is a good hotel if you are only in Naples for a day of travel and don't need to see any sites. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were quiet. The staff was accommodating, and the food was great in the hotel. "

"Loved opening the curtains in the morning to see a cruise ship outside. The location is very good with trips to the islands practically on the doorstep. Also the new metro entrance at the front takes away the stress of trying to cross a very busy road! This was not our first stay there and I hope to return again soon."

The only downside is that it is difficult to find based on the street number, A bit challenging to enter, And being on the second floor required four flights of historic stairs. Screws in the walls where robe hooks used to be, not a shelf or tub rim to place shower products, any other amenity such as irons, need to be called down to be brought up. "The hostel is clean and very nice for the price. I only used it because I needed to be at the airport by 430am. "I realy enjoyed the atmosphere of the area. The staff did their best to make me happy and treated me with respect. But, the fridge provided in my room was not working and nobody cared about it. They allowed me to use the staff's fridge downstairs. No liquid soap to wash hands in the bathroom. No facilities to make tea in my room. "

The room itself seemed a bit shabby - the bathroom fixtures were loose (the sink faucet would sink down by itself after lifting it up), and there was barely any sink space to place toiletries. We also requested an accessible room since my partner just had surgery, and the toilet was located 1-2cm away from the shower, making it impossible to use the toilet without moving the shower walls around - which was not impossible, just inconvenient and poorly...
