"Step inn is a nice n safe place to stay . Deluxe room was spacious and clean . Toilet was clean n spacious too . Breakfast was good and warm . Lunch n dinner menu lacked continental cuisine . Very few dish choices. Restaurant staff was friendly and the most helpful staff was the reception staff Ani and kakha . WiFi was out of order and due to that the owner offered us free lunch . "The dining room and terrace of the hotel is breathtaking by having wide views of mountains. Staff at reception are great: always polite and smiling. Rooms and other areas seem stylish in design but there are some problems. First: lack of sound isolation is disturbing. "The property has a great view of the mountains. The staff are also very attentive of our needs, however the food choices in the hotel bar are limited so you may want to go to restaurants about 10-15 walk downhill. "
