"The Moxy is located within ten minutes walk from Plymouth Hoe, the city centre and a similar distance from the ferry terminal. The hotel runs along the length of a very quiet side road (Bath Street). Even though my room was only on the second floor, I heard no traffic noise whatsoever. The hotel itself is less than two years old (as at June 2025) so the interior is in a very good state of decoration. The bar area next to reception is a pleasant space to pass a few hours - an unexpected surprise with it's nautical theme given the modern exterior. My room was very comfortable and well appointed. the shower room and bedlinen were very clean and the TV was the largest I have ever had in a hotel room. I would happily stay here again. Recommended."
