Lovingly restored to its former grandeur, Lym House settles just a few minutes walk from the seafront. Wrought iron railings enclose an attractive front garden planted with lavender shrubs and trees which, together with its terracotta exterior, add a touch of 'Mediterranean villa' to this English seaside home.

Inside, the home pairs subtle tones and sophisticated furnishings with modern luxuries, and there's ample space for relaxation, socialising and entertainment. The large light-filled living room with plush seating feels thoroughly inviting, while the roomy kitchen/diner which creates the convivial heart of the home, is where favourite dishes can be created and shared.

Pets: 1 well behaved pet permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £55 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £500 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
