We booked a two night stay at the Rising Sun. Our room was lovely, very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable & bath was incredible, well worth a soak. The food was very nice, although quite expensive if I am honest, I would expect to pay prices like that in a restaurant, not a pub. The staff were very friendly, although appeared under pressure at times.

Fab hotel
Very comfy room with large bed and big walk in shower with rain and normal shower head. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided daily as well as room cleaning if required. Great cooked breakfast and staff very pleasant. Would stay again. Very convenient and within walking distance of all amenities.

Our evening meal was very average, pasta dish poor and breakfast very limited. Staff very friendly, helpful and polite. The bed in our room was very small, although the room could accommodate a larger bed.

It was very olde worldy with wooden beams and the bedroom was very clean with a lovely view of the sea. First stay at The Rising Sun and would definitely go and stay again.

Ideal location in the middle of the village on the harbour side. Fantastic view from my window. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and well run. Good cooked breakfasts. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay. Room was very comfortable. The food was lovely although the evening meal Menu was a little limited. Breakfast was lovely . Good choice of food , we had the full English and my only comment would be , could the sausages be browned, they tasted amazing but looked a little anaemic. Overall. Everything was lovely and we would be happy to stay again.
