"The location is perfect for a family vacation with direct access to the beach. There was some work being done on the decks, but Martha was great at communicating with updates and any changes before we got there. She was super quick to respond and help us out when we needed it. Definitely looking forward to coming back here for our next family vacation. :)"

"We loved our vacation at PCB. The house was great and as described. The location was the best we ever had at the beach. Our rescue dogs loved the house and the beach. The bedroom and beds were perfect. We were central to Frank Brown Park and Pier Park. Everyone had a great time and we will return. "

"The Townhouse was exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would love to give 5 stars all around the only issue we had was cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets, one bed and one of the bathrooms. We just washed all the dishes before using and cleaned the cabinets before putting the dishes back in the cabinets. Other than those nasty creatures everything else was perfect!"

"It was a beautiful property right on the beach the beds were comfortable and it’s was clean for the most part. Very very close to the beach h beautiful location. Gorgeous views from the rooms. It was an over all amazing trip. Parking was very limited There was some bad weather just before check in and all the patio furniture had to be moved indoors which was understandable but the master bedroom was completely blocked with furniture. "We had 18 total people ages 4 years and up and everyone had plenty of room! Almost everyone got their own room. Te location was perfect with immediate access to the beach and easy walks to some shops and restaurants. We had a couple minor issues but they were addressed and fixed in the same day! The kitchen was well stocked and the additional freezer came in handle with our large group. The back deck was great and fit all of us as well. We will definitely stay here again for our next family...

"2 separate spaces. Only way to access each was outside but not a problem. Each floor had 3 br 2 bath. Very beautiful house & close to beach. Great area to stay. Nice area in back with pool. Only downfall was pool wasn’t heated and was cold in Oct but that didn’t bother the kids.There is wooden planks outside on part of the walkway to downstairs unit and by shower. All of them was buckled up and a tripping hazard & very slick by the shower. My 4 yo granddaughter slipped and bumped head while...
