The front desk staff is helpful and friendly hence the check-in a'd check-out was very smooth. Breakfast was simple home style which is in line with the category of this hotel. Location is perfect. About 10 min to Lyon main train station (Lyon Part Dieu) and about 15lin to river Rhone from there a further 10in to old town.

Room was as expected with a comfortable sofa the was a less comfortable bed, but sufficient for the teens. Lovely large bed upstairs. Only downside was no bathroom upstairs, so you needed to climb a flight of stairs to go to the loo and brush teeth before bed. The velux window with blackout blind was great and we really appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with cleaning materials such as dishwasher tablets and cloths. During our 7 night stay we only got one change of bedding/towels and could have used one more toilet roll. Property were great at responding to emails prior to our stay, although a request made for extra pillows clearly wasn't passed on to housekeeping so we only had 1 pillow each, which wasn't great for my partner who was recovering from injuries.

We only stayed here for one night in a suite, but the room was very nice and included a kitchenette complete with washing machine. I would stay here again and hopefully see more of the city and surrounding area. Staff was very helpful and spoke sone English.

If you lower your expectations you will be fine. This is serviceable living, but no frills — no character, not a single picture on any wall, limited and generic furniture, no headboard, basically a box. Hallways like a dormitory.

Not as pictured. Quite run down and dirty, No air conditioning and only one electric fan for a one bedroom suite. Very hot. After contacting hotels.com to try and cancel our stay (conditions were so poor), the hotel offered another room with air conditioning for 30 euros per night. Funny they did not offer that directly to us when we gave feedback to the desk. The upgraded room was much better. But overall, would not recommend as whole property quite dirty and run down compared to the photos online - not as it appears. Would not stay again.

Die Nähe zum Stadtkern war super. In ser Umgebung gab es ein riesiges Einkaufszentrum und die Tiefgarage war super auch wenn man diese nur mit maximal Mittelklassewagen befahren kann. Die Sauberkeit war leider nicht wie gewohnt von 3 Sterne Hotels (Balkon sehr dreckig und im Badezimmer Reste von Vorgängern). Das Bett war leider sehr hart aber für den Preis konnte man es aushalten.

Hotel bien ubicado, barrio tranquilo, varios supermercados cerca y restaurantes. Muy cerca del hotel se encuentra el mercado gastronómico. También hay un centro comercial con un gran Carrefour dentro. Varias líneas de metro muy próximo. La estación de tren Part-Dieu está a unos 15-20 minutos a pie. Café, té gratuito durante la estancia. Le faltaba un dispensador de agua fresca gratis que otros hoteles Citadines ofrecen. La limpieza es buena. El hotel no es muy grande y la sala abajo es pequeña. No tiene un patio interior como otros Citadines. Los empleados son muy amables, especialmente en recepción. El toilet está separado del baño y situado en un espacio muy pequeño. El espacio de la cocina es muy reducido pero suficiente para preparar desayunos o comidas sencillas. Es necesario tener sillas plegables para colocar las maletas. La bañera es muy alta y puede ser un impedimento para personas con problemas de movilidad. Para los amantes del jazz: hay un club con conciertos en vivo en la zona centro de la ciudad (Hot Club) muy próximo a la plaza donde está situado el edificio de la Ópera. No hay que perderse el Museo de Bellas Artes. Muy recomendable.

Emplacement idéal et gentillesse du personnel.

C'est la deuxième fois que je choisis cet hôtel pour être au centre de Lyon sans aucun regret. L'hôtel jouit en effet d'un emplacement idéal, ma chambre était propre, l'équipement du coin cuisine est complet et haut de gamme Mais ce qui me marque durant chaque séjour dans cet établissement est la gentillesse et le professionnalisme extraordinaires de tout le personnel sans exception : c'est l'atout majeur de l'hôtel.
