Nice clean property which offered free parking. Near a large supermarket. The restaurant was closed at night so we ordered food to be delivered and sat in the lounge area which was great. The room had shutters which made the room dark when we were ready to sleeps. Will stay here again!

Our late arrival to Lyon and we need a bed to sleep which the hotel provided for 1 night but if we had to stay multiple nights I would look elsewhere. Stuffy, below standard, unfinished maintenance

Stayed here overnight (1 night) for a concert in the area. Friendly staff, easy check in. Room was mostly clean, had funny smell. To note there appeared to be some kind of dirt/snot mark on the duvet cover, that was easy to pick off, but clearly meant the duvet cover had not been washed. Slept without it. Otherwise hotel was quiet, bed was comfortable. Check out was very easy. Uber was easy to get, as well as public bus nearby to major train station in area was easy to find. Also many cute shops/bakeries in area as well. Would stay here again for the right price, but wouldn’t go out of my way to book here again. Probably a bit more expensive than what it is worth.

À fuir absolument ! Une honte

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet établissement avec ma compagne et notre bébé de trois mois. En amont, j’avais pris la peine de prévenir l’hôtel par mail et par téléphone afin d’obtenir une chambre calme, adaptée à la présence d’un nourrisson. À notre arrivée, première claque : l'hôtel est dans un état déplorable. La première chambre empestait littéralement la cigarette – murs, draps, mobilier, tout était imprégné. Insupportable. Après m’être plaint, on nous a fait changer deux fois de chambre, pour finir dans une chambre "moins pire", mais toujours sale. Les robinets étaient à peine fixés, des toiles d’araignée pendaient au plafond, la moquette n’était pas aspirée, des miettes traînaient au sol. Rien n’était digne d’un lieu censé accueillir des clients, encore moins des familles avec un bébé. Le restaurant ? À éviter absolument. La cuisine était immangeable, et le personnel, non seulement désagréable, mais carrément irrespectueux. Je n’y remettrai jamais les pieds. Malheureusement, on ne peut pas mettre zéro, mais cet endroit ne mérite même pas une étoile.
