"Lovely place but needs TLC. Been neglected somewhat. There was no toilet roll. There was 1 towel for 3 of us. Both beds needed fixing but Dan was good n came straight over n done them. Found 2 false nails in the cutlery draw. No welcome pack of tea, coffee etc. Christmas tree had 1 bauble on it. Just small stuff but collectively was a little off putting.
