The room had not been cleaned properly as there was dust on the lamp shades, on the door 'swing' hinge (top of door), and the bathroom floor had not been cleaned properly as there were hairs on it. I appreciate everybody has their own preference when it comes to mattresses but the mattress on the king size bed was extremely soft as was the mattress topper. The cups for tea/coffee were very small and were not washed when the room was cleaned.
