"We were looking for a place close to Dallas that would allow us to have a small place that would be kayak accessible. We found this location to be surprisingly quiet even though it has close neighbors and access to Cedar Creek Lake was easy right off the end of the property. We used our own kayaks although the host has boats available for guests. We also found a remarkable restaurant only miles from the cabin for a special anniversary dinner."

"The home was beautiful and spacious! It had a cute fenced backyard with a raised sitting area to look out at the lake. It worked really well for our dogs! The neighbors were friendly as well and that was a plus! The garage is a gaming area and was a nice little getaway. "

"The first thing that jumps out about this property is how modern, updated and clean it was. It was so great to spend the day outside overlooking the water and then to relax at night at such a beautiful property with every amenity we could need. I stay at a lot of VRBO properties and it was nice that everything on the property worked (i.e. A/C, WiFi, Gas Grill, cooking utensils, etc.). Also the layout of the property was great because we were all able to hang out together as the kitchen, dining...

"My large extended family of 16 stayed in this home three nights for our yearly family vacation. The location is beautiful and comes with 2 kayaks and multiple paddle boards that the kids really enjoyed. It has a perfect place for the kids to swim directly off the front yard with large shade trees. We did run into some issues but after working with the host we were able to get things worked out."
